Captain Jamey Graham:
Jamey grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. His father has owned several sport fishing vessels from 32' to 44' on the Alabama coast. Jamey grew up sport fishing and diving all along the Florida panhandle and the coast of Alabama. He had his first sailing experience when he was 14 years old on a Boy Scout trip to Florida Sea Base. From that moment, he was hooked on sailing and has sailed many vessels, from a 25' Hunter to the 83' schooner Heritage of Miami II. In 2002, he decided to attend culinary school and become a chef. He has worked in numerous restaurants and various food service occupations. In 2008, he married his wife Laura. Together they have crewed the Heritage of Miami, as well as a 100' motor yacht that traveled from Bar Harbor, Maine to South Florida. They also chartered a 48' Leopard catamaran in the Leeward Islands. After owning then selling his restaurant and catering business, Laura and Jamey have decided to purchase their own boat and move with their two boys to South Florida. Jamey works for the Boy Scouts sailing a 41' Morgan in the summer and has decided to start sharing his love of sailing through teaching ASA classes and private charters. Jamey is a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and has his USCG 100 Ton Master License. His website http://www.grahamyachting.com/

“Hello captain Harold and captain Margie!
I had a great time on the cruise! I Learned so much from Captain Jamey. What a great chef too.
Jamey is very easy going, so important to a novice.
The classes gave me a base of confidence and skill to move forward with my dreams. Can't wait to sail and learn more, so excited to continue.”
